This is beginner's level and is suitable for those new to yoga.

We welcome those who are familiar with Ashtnaga Vinyasa yoga and would prefer to go back to basics with a beginner's mind and practice at a slower pace .

This is foundation Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and introduces students to the practice and principles of this beautifully challenging style.
Flexibility is a major part of this form. We will also build strength, increase joint mobility;
incorporate breathing, increase stamina and concentration and learn some other techniques including chanting, bhandas (energetic seals )and dristi (gaze points).

Monday
5.45pm-6.45pm
Flow focuses on controlled breathing to enable you to flow smoothly from one pose to the next in a sequence of connected poses - it is also called 'Vinyasa'.

Regular attendance develops and increases stamina and fitness.

This class requires no previous experience of yoga, and is suitable for beginners.

Thursday
5:45pm-6:45pm
Yin Yoga targets the joints, tendons, ligaments, fascia and bone. Where tissues have good stress applied, the bodies energy is allowed to flow more freely. This is said to be conducive with good health.

As the poses are held for a longer time, the body is given space to relax and stretch.

There's no need to exert any strength - the stretches are passive due to gravitational force. 99% of the poses are performed on the floor; most of them are done seated or lying down.

One-to-One
& Private
Yoga used to be always taught One to One. The student would get the specialist attention that they need.
