Welcome to Warrior Wellbeing UK

Yoga and Bodywork

Did you know that Yoga is not for just for the 'bendy'?

If you've seen 'bendy' people doing beautifully complex yoga poses and thought 'this isn't for me' - maybe it's time for a rethink.

Yoga. Is. For. Everybody., especially me and especially you.  We all have the right to feel amazing in our body's, hearts and minds and this is what Yoga is offering us..... and, actually, there's so much more.

Come and join Warrior Wellbeing yoga and experience, for yourself, the releasing stretches, the cleansing twists, the strengthening hand, arm and leg balances.  You'll be taught how to increase your lung capacity, how to fully relax and let go of tension, how to stand on one leg, how to soothe your nervous system, how to be in your version of a yoga pose; one that's right for your body and you'll be taught how to do this safely and to get the most from your yoga experience.

Students invariably experience its transformative nature and gain from its benefits.

So if you've been tempted to try it
but didn't know where to start - Welcome to Warrior Wellbeing and why not
Bodywork is not just for Warriors.

...though this particular stunning form was originally devised for Warriors and is where I got the name Warrior Wellbeing from - this bodywork was designed to prepare Kalari Warriors for battle and to repair them afterwards.

I've been fortunate enough to learn many forms of massage over the past 30 years and I can 'feet down!' say, that this is
THE absolute best.

To experience a truly effective, and unique, form of deep tissue massage take a look at my bodywork page or book in.
I receive great results and feedback.
Here's a selection
"It's like being padded by a lioness" L.C. Nottingham.
"I feel like cooked spaghetti and like I could tie myself into a loose knot"  Dr V.K. Mansfield, Notts.
"You've fixed my posture......"  J.S. Kirkby in Ashfield, Notts.
"My back pain has gone" 15 minute taster session Client, Mind Body Spirit Fair, Clay Cross, Chesterfield.
