About Me.
I began yoga in about 1998.
My friend suggested it to me; I had Complex PTSD and didn't know it.

I tried a few styles and always came back to Yin and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Opposite styles. Yin and Yang.
They bring balance to my life, with their strength building, deep stretching, energy moving and deep relaxation.

I've now been practicing for a long time and, always, I find out more about myself.
I'm healing generational and childhood trauma through my practice.
My yoga practice stopped me craving for most things other than yoga.
I was born in the 1960s, am a child of the 70s and am loving middle-age.
I'm now in the greatest shape, physically and mentally, of my life.

I completed a BSc in Health Sciences at the University of Westminster, London, in 2010 and learnt
Chavutti Thirumal massage in Kent, UK in 2015 with The London School of Traditional Massage. I say it's 'probably the best massage in the world'. And, for me, it absolutely is.

So, now I'm in the honoured position of being able to offer healing to those that seek it.
I've a traumatised body that continues to be healed through these practices. It's often painful but worthwhile, more so than anything I've ever done up until now. I share what I've learnt with those that seek it and I'm really grateful to be able to do so.
