Flow

Flow focuses on controlled breathing to enable you to flow smoothly from one pose to the next in a sequence of connected poses - it is also called 'Vinyasa'.

Regular attendance  develops and increases stamina and fitness.

Although it requires some previous experience of yoga, this class is suitable for beginners - don't worry that you may not be flexible or fit enough, I will work with you to ensure your experience is comfortable and fun.

Yin

Yin Yoga targets  the joints, tendons, ligaments, fascia and bone.

As the poses are held for a longer time, the body is given  space to relax and stretch.

There's no need to exert any strength - the stretches are passive due to gravitational force. 99% of the poses are performed on the floor; most of them are done seated or lying down.

Yin Yoga combines ancient Traditions.

Private

Yoga used to be always taught One to One. The student would get the specialist attention that they need.

I offer private classes to individuals or small groups of up to 3 students, either one-off or a course, by arrangement.

  • Bring warm clothing to put on after class. Please also bring drinking water.
